The cutoff for cancellations is the 20th of each month. If you do not notify us before the 20th of the month, you will be responsible for the next month's payment even if you choose to go ahead and cancel the hosting
Example: If you notify us on March 10th, you will not be responsible for paying April's hosting. However, if you notify us on March 25th, you will be responsible for paying April's hosting invoice whether you decide to leave the account with PWDH until the end of April or go ahead and transfer.
