I recently opened a private investigative (PI) service, which is based in Albany. I knew the PI industry is highly competitive and felt a professionally designed and administered website was an absolute necessity if I were to have a chance in the marketplace. Graphic Design and Newsletter Creation

Hearing Aid Newsletter has used your graphic design services for the past year. The first project we asked you to do was to design the masthead for our web site. Of course, it was a rush project (aren't they all?). You came through with a terrific design that we loved. It's still in use on our site. For the past 6 months we have had you doing a very complex project - formatting a four page newsletter in InDesign, graphic design software. We publish several versions of the newsletter each month with only slight variables, so keeping track of each version can be challenging. Your graphic designer, Kat, has been a dream to work with. During a heavy winter storm her power went out for a few days so she took her desktop computer (and her kids) to her sister's house on a Sunday to complete our project. She's a keeper!
