Thawte. Thawte's certificate was much more expensive and I had nightmares

o took weeks to obtain;
o it was difficult to properly install;
o I was not issued credit for the months lost in trying
to resolve the problems;
o customer service/technical assistance was inadequate;
o I would get the flip one liner responses to legitimate
questions, etc.

In contrast, the current Comodo certificate was obtained from
you and installed in one day. I know you had to do work to get things
configured properly, but it was done in the background and I didn't have
to worry about it being done properly. I was able to rely on your professional
ethics and considerable expertise.
